Made from 100% cool-climate Chardonnay grown in the Manzanar vineyard. Hand-picked grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel using a number of yeast strains including native yeasts. About half the blend went through a malolactic fermentation and the final wine was fine-lees aged in French oak barrels for ten months. Lively aromas of lemon zest and lime blossom with hints of crisp pear and white flowers. Full-flavoured, nutty, oaked white From Chile.

Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown only 7.5 miles away from the Pacific Ocean in the Manzanar Vineyard, which benefit from its cooling influence, are employed in this aromatic wine. Aged on its lees for three months to heighten the varietal character and lend texture and mouth-feel, it shows nervy acidity and mineral flavours blended with aromas of citrus fruits, herbs, green chilli pepper and passionfruit. Hand-picked Pinot Grigio grapes were fermented in stainless steel until almost completely dry, a short period of lees ageing is also employed to develop texture and aroma. The nose shows intense classic pear and apple-like fragrances with elegant hints of citrus. The palate, dry on entry, reveals a good structure and lingering, refreshing savouriness. Very dry, delicate white wine from Chile’s Aconcagua Valley.

As one of the flagship Zuccardi wines, this really shows what they can do at the research and development centre, identifying the very best Deep red color with violet hues. It expresses a great fruit character with notes of red fruit. A wine of grand structure and acidity. Mineral with notes of wet stone and graphite. Long finish. 14.5% ABV.

A dry, elegant rosé wine made from Merlot grapes which have been in contact with the skins for only 24 hours during the fermentation. A bouquet of strawberry and raspberry leading onto a ripe blackcurranty palate. A wine from Chile.

A pilsner type beer, dates back to the beginning of 1900’s. Since 1985, Pacífico has been exported mainly to the West Coast of USA, where it has gained strong recognition. A brilliant pale gold, slightly hoppy, full of flavour brew. 355ml. 4.5% ABV

A combination of eight botanicals, including the likes of juniper, lime leaf, tangerine, cardamom, vanilla, ginger, coriander and angelica. It's produced in Grenada by Destilerías Joaquín Alonso, which was founded all the way back in 1944!

A mix of plum, raspberry and blackberry, medium-bodied, yet soft and silky. The purity of this wine is a natural acidity which complements the fruits in a lengthy finish. 13.5% ABV
