Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by recorded delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We advise you to group your items in one order to reduce any shipping costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If your item does not arrive for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We will accept returns of perishable goods if they are unopened and the packaging is in the same condition in which the item was shipped to you.

We cannot accept returns of perishable goods if they have been opened or used unless the product is faulty.

Electrical goods can only be returned with the packaging with 28 days of receipt.

You will be liable for paying the cost of any postage and packing unless your product is faulty in which case you will be given the option of accepting a replacement or refund.
