A fresh, zesty Sauvignon Blanc with wonderful aromatic aromas, hints of citrus and floral notes. 13% ABV, from Chile’s Valle Central. 

Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown only 7.5 miles away from the Pacific Ocean in the Manzanar Vineyard, which benefit from its cooling influence, are employed in this aromatic wine. Aged on its lees for three months to heighten the varietal character and lend texture and mouth-feel, it shows nervy acidity and mineral flavours blended with aromas of citrus fruits, herbs, green chilli pepper and passionfruit. A warm fermentation followed by extended maceration ensures maximum extraction of the ripe fruit flavours. Oaked, intense and concentrated red. 14% ABV.

Very deep purple colour and perfectly balanced with velvety tannins, lots of luscious black fruit flavours and a big, juicy finish. The wine is unoaked allowing the purity of the fruit to sing. Bright, light yellow colour with greenish sparks. On the nose it brings citrus notes mingled with flowers and minerals. It is soft, wide and fresh in the mouth with floral notes. This is a full-flavoured, nutty, oaked white

A mix of plum, raspberry and blackberry, medium-bodied, yet soft and silky. The purity of this wine is a natural acidity which complements the fruits in a lengthy finish. 13.5% ABV
