Hand-picked Pinot Grigio grapes were fermented in stainless steel until almost completely dry, a short period of lees ageing is also employed to develop texture and aroma. The nose shows intense classic pear and apple-like fragrances with elegant hints of citrus. The palate, dry on entry, reveals a good structure and lingering, refreshing savouriness. Very dry, delicate white wine from Chile’s Aconcagua Valley.

An elegant Chardonnay resulting from the cool growing conditions of the Casablanca Valley. Crisp acidity and flavours reminiscent of green apple and tropical fruit. 15% of the blend is barrel-fermented and aged on the lees for eight months in neutral oak barrels to add complexity

Dark violet with blue hues with typical Malbec aromas reminiscent of ripe red and black fruits as cherries, plums and blackberries. Medium bodied, with soft tannins and balanced acidity. Fruity and spicy finish, with 14% ABV. 

Grapes from vines planted in the Central Valley of Chile provide raw material for this crisp, zesty Sauvignon Blanc with tropical fruit flavours

The grapes are fermented in open tanks, with native yeasts and wine aged for eight months in French oak barrels. Bright cherry and strawberry flavours with a rich, velvety finish. From Chile’s Central Valley. 14.5% ABV. 

Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown only 7.5 miles away from the Pacific Ocean in the Manzanar Vineyard, which benefit from its cooling influence, are employed in this aromatic wine. Aged on its lees for three months to heighten the varietal character and lend texture and mouth-feel, it shows nervy acidity and mineral flavours blended with aromas of citrus fruits, herbs, green chilli pepper and passionfruit. From Chile’s Casablanca Valley. 

Shows the typical floral and spice profile that has made Torrontés fashionable recently. Unoaked, but shows weight on the palate alongside delicate and subtle flavours accrued from the grapes' long hang-time on the vines: the vineyards are over 1,000 metres above sea level. This grape typically grows only in Argentina.

From the house of Salentein, outstanding levels of maturity, fruit-forward aromas of fresh, ripe cherry, strawberry and blackberry on a well-balanced youthful palate with soft tannins. 14.3% ABV.

A combination of eight botanicals, including the likes of juniper, lime leaf, tangerine, cardamom, vanilla, ginger, coriander and angelica. It's produced in Grenada by Destilerías Joaquín Alonso, which was founded all the way back in 1944!

Bright, light yellow colour with greenish sparks. On the nose it brings citrus notes mingled with flowers and minerals. It is soft, wide and fresh in the mouth with floral notes. This is a full-flavoured, nutty, oaked white

Pale yellow with greenish tones. In the nose, it’s a very expressive, fruity and floral, with white fruit and white flowers notes. In the mouth, the first impact is slightly sweet. It’s medium-bodied, fresh and smooth. It has a fruity after taste. 13% ABV, from the Cafayate Valley in Argentina.

Prosecco with a persistent perlage, it merges delicate fragrances of acacia blossoms and strong tastes of golden apple, pineapple and orange. One of the best from Italy, still Latin of course!!! 

Fresh and fruit driven wine which shows lovely summer fruit flavours on a soft, easy-going palate. 13% ABV from Chile’s Central Valley. 

A warm fermentation followed by extended maceration ensures maximum extraction of the ripe fruit flavours. Oaked, intense and concentrated red. 14% ABV. 

Credited as the first house to produce a rosé Champagne, rosé has been a house speciality since 1775. A blend of 52% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Meunier. The colour comes from the addition of red Pinot Noir wine from the Montagne de Reims region.

A light-bodied, yet juicy Cabernet Sauvignon with a plum and bramble character. 13% ABV.
