Malbec grapes are hand-harvested but clusters were pressed softly at very low pressure so that the must did not take on any colour from the skin. Very fresh on the nose, with aromas of red fruits, currants, strawberries and delicate notes of white flowers. Amber beer, with slight coppery and orange tones, subtle veil and generous foam. Its lush notes of hops mark the personality of this Mediterranean version of the classic American India Pale Ale style. All Devassa is brewed, bottled and imported from Brazil where it has achieved cult status. It has a little more body and bitterness than most South American lagers because it is brewed in 5000 litre batches using imported malts and conditioned for at least 15 days for extra refreshment. 355ml bottles. 4.5%
Craft Italian Cider. Mela Rossa is made using the ‘charmat-method’ fermentation (as used for Prosecco), from 100% Italian apple juice at the family-owned Lucia Maria Melchiori sidro birrificio in Trentino, Italy. This cider is crisp and fresh, with crunchy apple flavours and a refreshing lightly sparkling style. Serve as an apéritif or alongside light Italian cuisine. 330ml. 5% ABV
Classic Malbec from the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina, with the typical purplish colour and the fruity aromas of fresh plums, black fruit and blackberry mingled with the aroma of violets. Spicy, peppery and warm. 13.8% ABV.
A rich and chocolatey Merlot with some exotic touches of eucalyptus and tobacco on the palate. Juicy, medium bodied red. Smooth, rounded finish with a lovely toasty edge. 14.5% ABV.
An elegant Chardonnay resulting from the cool growing conditions of the Casablanca Valley. Crisp acidity and flavours reminiscent of green apple and tropical fruit. 15% of the blend is barrel-fermented and aged on the lees for eight months in neutral oak barrels to add complexity
The nose is an explosion of beautifully pure, sweet aromas of raspberry ripple, blackberries and blueberry pie. Very deep purple colour and perfectly balanced with velvety tannins, lots of luscious black fruit flavours and a big, juicy finish. The wine is unoaked allowing the purity of the fruit to sing. Bright, light yellow colour with greenish sparks. On the nose it brings citrus notes mingled with flowers and minerals. It is soft, wide and fresh in the mouth with floral notes. This is a full-flavoured, nutty, oaked white
Credited as the first house to produce a rosé Champagne, rosé has been a house speciality since 1775. A blend of 52% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Meunier. The colour comes from the addition of red Pinot Noir wine from the Montagne de Reims region.
Highly aromatic with its ruby-red hints, this rosé offers up fruit aromas of cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Unoaked, the palate finishes crisply with lingering fruit notes. From Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.
