A fresh, zesty Sauvignon Blanc with wonderful aromatic aromas, hints of citrus and floral notes. 13% ABV, from Chile’s Valle Central.
Made from 100% cool-climate Chardonnay grown in the Manzanar vineyard. Hand-picked grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel using a number of yeast strains including native yeasts. About half the blend went through a malolactic fermentation and the final wine was fine-lees aged in French oak barrels for ten months. Lively aromas of lemon zest and lime blossom with hints of crisp pear and white flowers. Full-flavoured, nutty, oaked white From Chile.
A pilsner type beer, dates back to the beginning of 1900’s. Since 1985, Pacífico has been exported mainly to the West Coast of USA, where it has gained strong recognition. A brilliant pale gold, slightly hoppy, full of flavour brew. 355ml. 4.5% ABV
