Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown only 7.5 miles away from the Pacific Ocean in the Manzanar Vineyard, which benefit from its cooling influence, are employed in this aromatic wine. Aged on its lees for three months to heighten the varietal character and lend texture and mouth-feel, it shows nervy acidity and mineral flavours blended with aromas of citrus fruits, herbs, green chilli pepper and passionfruit. A combination of eight botanicals, including the likes of juniper, lime leaf, tangerine, cardamom, vanilla, ginger, coriander and angelica. It's produced in Grenada by Destilerías Joaquín Alonso, which was founded all the way back in 1944!

Long lasting and fine bubbles. intense aroma, specially hops and the fresh sensation of white flower notes. Its taste is delicate with flavours of fresh cereal and roasted bread. Its flow is soft but with character. Fresh and with balanced bitterness. Persistent aftertaste.

Classic Malbec from the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina, with the typical purplish colour and the fruity aromas of fresh plums, black fruit and blackberry mingled with the aroma of violets. Spicy, peppery and warm. 13.8% ABV.
