The Untouchables. Using a modern take on ageing this Malbec, it has been aged in North American bourbon barrel for 12 months. Distinctive aromas of red berries marked by notes of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, soft tannins give creaminess, volume and meatiness. The flavours of ripe caramelized fruit are perfectly amalgamated with the notes of smoke provided by the toasting of the wood, leaving a pleasant and persistent finish. Oaked, intense and concentrated red with 13.5% ABV.

From the Aconcagua Valley in Chile comes this full, flavoursome wine showing the classic character of the variety with typical smoky, spicy flavours and firm, ripe tannins on the finish, backed by sweet-vanilla from the nine months ageing in French and American oak barrels. Spicey and peppery. 

Enticing aromas of cherry and plum with a background of warming spice. Well-structured with freshness to the finish and ripe fruit and spice again. 13% ABV

Dark violet with blue hues with typical Malbec aromas reminiscent of ripe red and black fruits as cherries, plums and blackberries. Medium bodied, with soft tannins and balanced acidity. Fruity and spicy finish, with 14% ABV. 

A rich and chocolatey Merlot with some exotic touches of eucalyptus and tobacco on the palate. Juicy, medium bodied red. Smooth, rounded finish with a lovely toasty edge. 14.5% ABV.

A Carmenere of character with rich plum, cassis and prune fruit, supported by quality oak in background. Handpicked grapes. 13.5% ABV

Made from 100% Carmenère from the Primus vineyards located in the renowned Apalta region of Colchagua. The grapes from this vineyard produce rich, intensely flavoured wines with a beautiful ripeness, structure and balanced acidity. Aged for a year in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new, it shows plum and blackberry mingling with exotic spice and dried fig. 14.5% ABV. 

The grapes are fermented in open tanks, with native yeasts and wine aged for eight months in French oak barrels. Bright cherry and strawberry flavours with a rich, velvety finish. From Chile’s Central Valley. 14.5% ABV. 

From the house of Salentein, outstanding levels of maturity, fruit-forward aromas of fresh, ripe cherry, strawberry and blackberry on a well-balanced youthful palate with soft tannins. 14.3% ABV.

The nose is an explosion of beautifully pure, sweet aromas of raspberry ripple, blackberries and blueberry pie. Very deep purple colour and perfectly balanced with velvety tannins, lots of luscious black fruit flavours and a big, juicy finish. The wine is unoaked allowing the purity of the fruit to sing. Estate grown wine from vineyards that have an average age of 45 years. A plushly textured wine with fine tannins and typical notes of violets, black cherries, plums and chocolate. In short - fantastic! 14% ABV.

Top quality grapes are selected from the La Escultura estate and fermented using the natural grape yeasts. Matured in French oak barrels for nine months, this is a wine with the potential to develop the many and complex flavours of great Pinot Noir. 13.5% ABV

Deep red-purple coloured wine, very intense nose with notes of ripe blackberry, blueberry and redcurrant, with subtle hints of violet. Spicey and peppery, backed by vanilla on the lingering finish. 14% ABV. 

A warm fermentation followed by extended maceration ensures maximum extraction of the ripe fruit flavours. Oaked, intense and concentrated red. 14% ABV. 

Deep-coloured and intensely juicy yet light and supple on the palate, medium-bodied, with a soft finish. 12.5% ABV. 

Classic Malbec from the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina, with the typical purplish colour and the fruity aromas of fresh plums, black fruit and blackberry mingled with the aroma of violets. Spicy, peppery and warm. 13.8% ABV.
